At Yellow Zebra we are happy to accept returns for change of mind within 14 days, We will offer an exchange or store credit and items need to be in brand new condition with tags still attached and packaging in original condition. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind and the shipping cost for returns and exchanges is at the customer's expense. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
